Identify your strengths and challenges

Plan the most effective actions to minimise or eliminate your challenges

Assess the school’s work more diagnostically and provide a spare pair of eyes for school leaders on:

– Leadership and management

– Standards and progress

– Quality of teaching

– Curriculum and Assessment

– Pastoral support (and boarding arrangements if applicable)

– Safeguarding

– Behaviour and attendance

Prepare schools for external validation by Ofsted and other such bodies if the school so wishes
