Oby Grace Nneka Okafor

Non-executive Director of GCA International Ltd.

Having tried a wide range of jobs, I’ve learnt a few things along the way that will help me to achieve the business success that I hope to enjoy in the future. I have by no means finished learning…I believe the best is yet to come.

I have learnt that:
* No experience is wasted
* The world is full of opportunities to pursue
* To realise my dreams, I have to make it happen (myself & for me)
* I should turn my passion into PROFIT – if I need to spend long hours working, why not on something I love…to give me the motivation I need during setbacks.
* Anything worthwhile comes with sacrifices
* To be successful, I have to be willing to work hard for my success and not leave it up to someone else to FULFILL my   vision.
* Success is a journey and I mean to enjoy every step of the way

My Personal Objective is to:

  • Believe in my dreams and make it happen by doing something towards my goal everyday
  • Become a successful independent business woman
  • keep reinventing myself and evolving
  • Provide something of value for myself & my children
  • Inspire my children and others to build on their desires and shape their own future
